COLOR VARIANCES / Other Printing: If you had your current Business Card printed elsewhere, we cannot guarantee the same color match. Many factors; LPI, type of printing press, etc will vary from factory to factory. Also, paper shade can/will vary in brightness. This will affect the appearance of your card.

ARTWORK & LAYOUT: Even though electronic artwork is exact, the printing process is still 'mechanical' This means that your design/copy may move (bounce) up to 1/16" of an inch. We suggest that type/copy be at least 1/8" from the edge. This is noticed when cutting to final size. This also applies to borders, photos and designs near an edge.

PROOFS are provided for your review and approval. What you see on your computer screen is NOT equal to our screen or any other screen. We do not alter client supplied electronic files.

QUALITY Standard is what is considered
"commercially acceptable" This means that our printing shall remain even, consistent and clean which is readable (legible) in accordanace with your approval for order. We provide and use state-of-the-art modern printing equipment.

DELIVERY schedules cannot be guaranteed.
Weather, traffic and unforseen circumstances may delay your expected delivery date. We will NOT be responsible, nor refund, on any order for such reason. If you have a 'trade show' or event deadline, we suggest Overnight or Second Day Delivery services, at an additional cost, to expedite your order. Delivery schedule days is based upon artwork approval before 9:00 AM Eastern time.

CLAIMS, if any, must be made within 48 hours of receipt of order otherwise it is considered acceptable. Please Email your concerns and observations. We may require samples to be mailed to our Florida office (address below) for review, discussion and determination. We wish to assure your satisfaction.
